Theories of Embodied Sound Practice / Stretching Towards Community Care and Expansion Through Sonic Landscape Architecture

How does a sound practice which roots in awareness + acknowledgment of the body increase music’s abundant potential to act as mutual aid and a resource for healing during inflamed times?
